The site describes our services and lets sponsors submit a transaction for a free initial review and capital providers register a mandate. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, an offer or solicitation to invest, or a promise that any transaction will be funded. We are not a fund and do not lend or invest.
By submitting material you confirm you are authorised to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We review it in confidence and under the terms of our privacy notice. A submission does not create an engagement; an engagement exists only when our Fee Agreement and mutual non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement are signed. The free initial review is provided as-is and without liability.
Mandate information is held in confidence, used only to match prepared transactions, and confirmed with you before any introduction is made. Registering a mandate does not oblige you to consider any transaction, nor us to introduce one.
Response times stated on this site are our service targets. Capital providers decide on their own timetables, and we make no representation about them.
