When you submit a project: your name, company, email, phone if given, your answers to the intake questions, and any documents you upload. When you register a capital mandate: your organisation, name, work email and the mandate criteria you provide. When you use your private page: your responses to the clarification schedule and any files you attach. We also keep a record of the emails we send you and when your private page is opened.
To carry out the initial review you asked for, to prepare and administer an engagement with you (performance of a contract, or steps at your request before a contract), to match prepared transactions to registered mandates and to keep the records a professional firm needs to keep (our legitimate interests). We do not use your data for marketing to third parties and we do not sell it.
Parkin Morrell's internal team. Our processors: Supabase (database and file storage, London region), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (automated first-pass drafting of reviews and document filing — your documents are processed under a zero-retention arrangement and are not used to train any model), Netlify (website hosting). Transaction material is disclosed to a capital provider only in the form you have approved, and only after you have engaged us. We never disclose a capital provider's identity or mandate to a sponsor without the provider's agreement.
Submissions that do not proceed: 12 months, then deleted. Engaged transactions: for the term of the engagement and six years after, as records of the engagement. You can ask us to delete earlier where we have no continuing obligation to keep it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email enquiries@parkinmorrell.com and we will respond within one month.
Data is held in a private database with row-level access control, files are stored in private buckets and hashed on receipt, private-page links are single-use per issue, expire and can be revoked, and access by our team is logged.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your private page and the internal system use a session token strictly to keep you signed in.
