Licensing
The readiness system, under licence.
Parkin Morrell runs on an operating system we built for one purpose: to take a private-market transaction from first submission to a controlled introduction with every claim classified, every gap named, and nothing shown to capital until it can withstand the review. Family offices, funds and advisory firms that see the same deal flow we do can run it under licence, under their own name.
What it does
- Structured intake with routing rules — what proceeds, what is declined, what needs a principal's eye — applied before anyone spends time on it.
- Public-record verification before the sponsor is asked anything: Companies House ownership, officers, accounts and charges; planning data; the evidence matrix pre-filled with what the record confirms.
- A governed pipeline — review, quote, assessment, clarification, enhancement, matching, introduction — enforced by the system, not by memory.
- The readiness assessment: every material claim classified as verified, represented, assumed or not provided, with absolute blockers named and the route to clear each.
- A sponsor questionnaire with document upload and a signed declaration that evidence exists and will be produced on request.
- An institutional data-room index with AI filing and a completeness gate.
- A funder mandate register carrying its own evidence class, a matcher that never rewards missing information, and a release gate that makes an introduction impossible until the conditions are met.
- AI drafting of reviews and correspondence in your house voice, with a precedent loop that learns from your corrections; a desk assistant that answers only from your own record.
How it is licensed
Each licence is a private instance: your data, your domain, your branding, your fee model. Set-up, configuration to your process and training are included. Terms are agreed per organisation and depend on the number of users and the volume of transactions; we do not publish a price list.
Who it suits
Single and multi-family offices that receive unsolicited opportunities and need a disciplined way to say no, or yes. Debt and equity funds that want sponsors prepared before they reach committee. Corporate-finance boutiques and brokers who decline deals for the pack rather than the deal. Any organisation for which the cost of an unprepared transaction reaching a decision-maker is real.
